Amazon sellers react as you would imagine to a new roll out by Amazon.
Amazon will roll out 7-day-a-week on-demand phone support to Pro sellers who have questions about the health of their accounts. A Call-Me-Now option will be added to sellers’ Account Health page over the course of 2022, which reads: “If you have any questions about your account health, have an account health specialist contact you right away.”
Amazon explained in its announcement:
“In 2021, for a portion of sellers, we launched a new Call me now support feature on the Account Health page 81 to speak to one of our Account Health specialists on demand, 7 days a week. In 2022, we will extend this coverage to 100% of professional sellers to further expand the access to our on-demand access to the Account Health support team.
“Call me now improves on the preventative support we already provide, and gives you the ability to proactively contact our team to answer your questions and help you resolve your account health issues in the most urgent situations. The dedicated Account Health support team is trained to answer your questions on the policies and performance metrics on your Account Health page.
“We look forward to providing all sellers this on-demand capability in 2022.”
Amazon launched Call me now support on the Account Health page to a portion of sellers in 2021 and said this year, the feature will become available to 100% of professional sellers (Amazon Pro sellers pay $39.99/month).

Amazon Sellers React to Amazon’s Expanded Phone Support
Amazon sellers commenting in the announcement post appeared skeptical about the ability of support representatives to help them.
User superbooks writes, “If Amazon Health Support cannot ACT, have POWER to resolve issues, then, as we reported to Amazon several times, it is useless. It is just a person in Costa Rica, or India, who knows less than us.
You need to put people with knowledge, and POWER to resolve issues.”
Seller Glasgow_s_Goods responds, “I’ve clicked the Call Me Now button, like many of you. Has anyone ever been actually helped? I have yet to get any true help from anyone at Amazon, ever, and I’ve been selling for several years. Nobody can transfer a call, nobody knows what dept is needed, and rarely do we even get a person who we can understand! It’s mind-boggling to me that a company of this size cannot hire people who’s first language is English. Amazon has become nothing but an ad-stealing, hijacking, frustrating, confusing, and rip-off platform!!!”
And seller gr8t153 is also skeptical: “I was on the phone with support to ask a question and I spent most of the time asking for them to repeat what they had said. At the end of the conversation it was the same as it was, no help.”

Amazon Sellers React on Social Media
The response on social was a bit mixed. As you can imagine some sellers are happy about the expanded support. Still, the skepticism, and sarcasm, was evident across social media too.
